Ingredients
- 8 oz frozen, shelled edamame
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed (optional)
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375° F.
- Place edamame, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 cloves of crushed garlic (optional) and 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional) in a bowl. Stir to coat edamame.
- Spread coated edamame on sheet pan.
- Roast for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the outside is browned and puffy.
- Enjoy or save for later!
