Ingredients

  • 8 oz frozen, shelled edamame
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375° F.
  2. Place edamame, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 cloves of crushed garlic (optional) and 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional) in a bowl. Stir to coat edamame.
  3. Spread coated edamame on sheet pan.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the outside is browned and puffy.
  5. Enjoy or save for later!
