Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup powdered peanut butter (I use PBFit)
  • 1/2 cup pumpking puree
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Add 2/3 cup powdered peanut butter, 1/2 cup pumpking puree, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and a dash of salt to a bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Add 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips and mix to combine.
  4. Form into two cookie dough balls and set on parchment paper in air fyer. Flatten slightly. Cross hatch with a fork.
  5. Bake in air fryer for 5-8 minutes or oven for approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool. Enjoy!
