Ingredients
- 2/3 cup powdered peanut butter (I use PBFit)
- 1/2 cup pumpking puree
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 350°F.
- Add 2/3 cup powdered peanut butter, 1/2 cup pumpking puree, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and a dash of salt to a bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips and mix to combine.
- Form into two cookie dough balls and set on parchment paper in air fyer. Flatten slightly. Cross hatch with a fork.
- Bake in air fryer for 5-8 minutes or oven for approximately 15 minutes.
- Let cool. Enjoy!
