Ingredients
- 2 slices of thick sliced sourdough or rye bread
- 1 avocado
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup microgreens
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder or red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fried egg (optional, non-vegan)
Instructions
- Toast the bread.
- Slice the avocado. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder to taste. Mash if desired.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Season with a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place avocado slices or mash on toast. Top with optional fried egg, microgreens, and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
