Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy greek yogurt (I use Kite Hill)
  • 1 peach
  • Handful of blueberries (~10)
  • 1 tbsp granola

Instructions

  1. Cut peach into bite size chunks.
  2. Add 1/2 cup yogurt to a cup or mason jar. Layer with half of the peach chunks. Add remaining yogurt. Add remaining peach chunks
  3. Top with blueberries and granola.
  4. Enjoy or save for later!
