Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar oatmeal protein powder (I use Be Amazing – brown sugar oatmeal)
- 1 cup peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2/3 cup (80g) creatine** (optional, make sure you modify this amount for your specific goals, supplement, and serving size)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup + 4 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp PBfit powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds + more for sprinkling on top (optional)
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds + more for sprinkling on top (optional)
- Handful of chopped walnuts for sprinkling on top (optional)
Instructions
- Mix creatine (optional): Combine 2/3 cup or 80g creatine** (modify for your specific goals, supplement, and serving size) with 1 cup water.
- Mix: Add 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup almond flour, 2 cups protein powder, 1 banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional), and 1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional). Mix to combine (either by hand or using a stand mixer). Note: I recommend using a Kitchen Aid.
- Form: Line 9″x13″ baking pan lined with parchment paper. Press bar mix into lined pan.
- Make peanut butter drizzle: Add 4 tbsp PBfit and 4 tbsp water in a small bowl. Drizzle over bars. Sprinkle with chia seeds, hemp seeds, and chopped walnuts if desired.
- Freeze: Freeze bars for 1 hour.
- Plate: Slice into 14 bars. Enjoy or save for later!
